Jump Rope for Heart 2022

Pierson School held their Jump Rope for Heart event on Friday, April 29^th. We kicked the day off with a delicious pancake breakfast prepared and served by our staff.

Mrs. Grey and the Grade 7/8’s did a wonderful job organizing the Jump Rope events. Students were spilt into groups and cycled through the different stations. Following the event we had a little ceremony to celebrate our achievement of reaching and surpassing our fundraising goal of $1500.00 by raising over $2200.00. Principal Clark agreed to take a pie to the face if we reached our goal, so that is just what she did…lol. A student was randomly selected to have the honour of completing the pie throwing task, and pictured below is Stevie Smith delivering Mrs. Clarks pie😉
